Position Overview:
As the Client and Staff Relations Manager at Worksforyou, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring the satisfaction and success of both our clients and staff members. You will be the
primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are
met with exceptional service. Simultaneously, you will support and advocate for our staff,
ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to thrive in their roles. Your efforts
will contribute significantly to maintaining the high standards and reputation of Worksforyou.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they
are fully aware of the services and support available to them.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to
understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns promptly.
Service Quality: Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to clients,
seeking feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.
Issue Resolution: Handle any client complaints or issues with professionalism and
efficiency, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and service
performance to senior management.
Staff Relations:
Staff Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring
they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support to staff, addressing any work-
related concerns or issues and offering guidance and resources as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide feedback,
recognising achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Coordinate training and development opportunities to
enhance staff skills and career progression.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues among staff,
fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
