What types of staff can I hire through Worksforyou?
General labourers, event staff, landscaping and grounds crews, hospitality staff, agricultural workers and administration support. If the role you need is not listed, ask us. We place people across a wide range of industries throughout New South Wales and the ACT.
How far in advance should I book staff?
The more notice you can give us, the better the match we can make. We work best with businesses that plan their staffing around a project schedule or a known busy season, because it lets us brief the right people properly before they arrive on site.
Who employs the workers, and who handles payroll?
We do. Everyone we supply is employed by Worksforyou, so recruitment, payroll, tax, superannuation and the relevant insurances sit with us. You are invoiced for the hours worked, without taking on a permanent employee.
How long can I have a worker for?
Anything from a single shift through to the length of a project or a full season. Some clients book one team for one day, others keep a crew on rotation for months, and some use labour hire as a trial before offering someone a permanent role.

Do you charge GST?
Yes. GST applies to labour hire services in Australia, and it is shown clearly on every invoice we issue.
