Industries we staff in Newcastle

Newcastle’s economy has moved well beyond coal. Today we supply workers across:

• Warehousing, distribution and logistics across the port and surrounding estates
• Construction and civil projects through Newcastle West, Wickham and Honeysuckle
• Manufacturing and light industrial in Cardiff, Beresfield and Thornton
• Hospitality and events across Darby Street, Honeysuckle and the beachfront
• Administration and reception for professional services in the CBD
• Landscaping, grounds and facilities maintenance across Lake Macquarie and Maitland

Staffing planned around your schedule

Whether you are resourcing a project you have already scoped, planning ahead for a busy quarter or building a team for a known seasonal peak, our labour hire network adds capacity across the Hunter without adding permanent headcount.

The best results come from planning together. Share the project schedule, the delivery windows and the months you know will be busy, and we will have the right people briefed and ready for each stage, so you are not carrying extra staff on your books through the quieter weeks.

Where our Newcastle workers come from

We have strong connections with the University of Newcastle and with local sporting communities across the Hunter, including our partnership with the Hunter Wildfires. Students and club players make dependable short-term staff. They want flexible hours, they are used to turning up and working as part of a team, and they are looking to build experience.

Flexible arrangements to suit the job

Not every staffing need looks the same, so we do not treat them the same. Some Newcastle clients book a crew for a single event or a planned shutdown. Others take a team for the length of a project, or keep a regular group on rotation through their busy months. Some use labour hire as a trial period before offering someone a permanent role.

Whichever way you work with us, the arrangement stays flexible. You are not locked into a minimum term, and you can adjust numbers week to week as the work changes.
